Job Opportunity:

The company seeks an experienced professional to lead the adoption of cashless payments in all tenants and service delivery providers within their ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of cashless payment solutions, ensuring that tenants accept at least one form of cashless payment at a minimum and all forms at a maximum.

This role requires strong partnership management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including key cashless payment providers and SM business units.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, creating plans and programs that are measurable and based on data analytics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and implement projects to increase acceptance of cashless payments in the malls
  • Establish a process to capture and analyze cashless transactional data from implemented use-cases
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with various business units, cashless payment providers, and tenants
  • Collaborate with key cashless payment providers in launching user acquisition campaigns to sustain cashless payments usage in the malls
  • Institutionalize a process requiring mall ops to consistently update tenant cashless payment information

Requirements:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, project, and product management; knowledgeable in various forms of payments
  • Possesses leadership and people management skills
  • Willingsness to be assigned in Pasay City
