Leasing Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team.

• Leasing & Marketing:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants for vacant units, including analyzing market trends and optimizing online listings.
  • Manage online listings, respond to all inquiries promptly, and conduct virtual or in-person property tours to showcase properties and build relationships with prospective tenants.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants to move them through the leasing pipeline, ensuring timely communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Tenant Screening & Application Processing:
  • Process rental applications, including conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history to ensure accurate and compliant lease agreements.
  • Ensure all screening processes are conducted in strict compliance with fair housing laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the process.
• Lease Administration:
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute all lease agreements and related addenda with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing potential disputes.
  • Manage the lease renewal process, proactively reaching out to current residents to secure renewals and maintaining strong relationships through open communication and proactive support.
• Reporting & Market Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity in the property management software, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing traffic, occupancy rates, and market trends, highlighting key areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure rental rates are competitive and aligned with market conditions, making informed decisions to optimize revenue and drive business success.
• Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and current tenants, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect, prioritizing open communication and transparency throughout the leasing process to create a loyal community of residents.
