What is this role about?
This role will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities. It requires a proactive approach to sales, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including preparation and analysis of feasibility studies.

What will YOU do?

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in line with strategic goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess viability, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Lead and manage project development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, feasibility reports, sales forecasts, and progress reports to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.

What will YOU need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, project management, and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
