Financial Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team. As a skilled bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

This full-time position involves working with various accounting software, managing transactions, and creating financial spreadsheets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to provide insights into company performance.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
  • Organize receipts and financial documents for easy access and reference.
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure timely payments and compliance.
  • Perform general admin tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry to support the team's productivity.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration with the team.
