Market Sales Executive

The primary objective of this role is to identify and secure the best prices for fixed income securities in the secondary market, ensuring timely delivery to our clients' requirements.

To achieve this, the position involves meeting customer transactional needs by buying and selling securities using the best execution principle, effectively decentralizing pricing from Dealership Desk.

Additionally, the successful candidate must ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies at all times.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related Business, Math, or Science field.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in the financial and capital markets, with a track record of success.
  • Hold a Certified Treasury Professional certification.
  • Be certified in SEC Fixed Income Certification.
  • Have knowledge of other financial market products.
  • Possess excellent marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet customer transactional needs by buying and selling securities.
  • Identify and negotiate the best possible deals for fixed income securities.
  • Ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
