This is a part-time job opportunity that involves working from home.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing original graphics and illustrations for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design original graphics and illustrations for multiple platforms.
  2. Grow and engage social media channels by creating visually appealing content.
  3. Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling.
  4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and new content opportunities.
  5. Develop and present weekly social media performance reports.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand objectives.
  7. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design techniques.
  8. Ensure all creative assets align with platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.
  9. Design and produce digital and print marketing materials.
  10. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating innovative design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics.
