Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized professional with a strong background in financial reporting, planning, budget control, audit, accounting, and finance.

About the Role:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and policies.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Financial Operations Manager, you must have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is also preferred. At least 10 years of related experience in financial reporting, planning, budget control, audit, accounting, and finance is essential.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
