The Construction Estimator and Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing detailed project estimates, analysing construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate budgeting.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret construction plans to identify project scope, materials and labour requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to guarantee accurate budgeting and project execution.
- Utilize Smart Glazier software to create precise takeoffs and estimates.
- Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs in the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in Smart Glazier and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a remote job opportunity that requires strong organisational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
