Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions for all associates within the organization, applying effective communication and training techniques to facilitate knowledge resource utilization, and maintaining a repository of reusable communication and training materials. Additionally, they will identify and coordinate initiatives related to learning and knowledge support, perform monitoring and provide feedback to the management team, and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a minimum of one to two years of experience in healthcare account and Trainer roles. A high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, or college-level qualification is required, with a preference for those with two years of experience as a Trainer. Proficiency in BPO operations is also highly desirable.
