We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FAD Officer to join our team at People360 Consulting Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Document Delivery: Deliver documents and other items to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Account Management: Collect accounts receivable and issue corresponding Official Receipts.
- Office Administration: Perform general office or clerical work, including filing materials, operating duplicating machines, and running errands.
- Urgent Purchases: Make urgent purchases upon instructions from the FAD Manager.
- Data Recording: Record information, such as client addresses and other data used in day-to-day transactions.
- Itinerary Management: Prepare a summary of itinerary on a day-to-day basis to determine all assignments to be accomplished.
- Quality Assurance: Follow organization's guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH).
- Corporate Responsibility: Commit to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
