Performance Marketing SpecialistWe're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role involves managing audits, campaigns, and reporting across multiple clients. You will need to tie performance back to business goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (SEM). They should be confident working without direct supervision and able to manage a range of tasks.

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement optimisations
  • Create landing pages for SEM campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
  • A solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
