Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more within the iGaming, SaaS, and US sweepstakes casino sectors.

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects that communicate key messages and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce dynamic motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create captivating visual experiences.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, and ad networks with platform-specific requirements.
  • Industry Compliance: Ensure all animated advertising content complies with advertising guidelines and regulations, especially in iGaming and US sweepstakes.
Requirements
  1. Strong Portfolio: A proven track record of creating high-quality motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
  2. Industry Expertise: At least 1 year hands-on experience in motion design for iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino.
  3. SaaS Motion Design Experience: Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations).
  4. Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required.
  5. Animation Principles: A solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling.
  6. Creativity & Attention to Detail: High-quality visual content with creative flair and attention to detail.
  7. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale.
  8. Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Language: Advanced English language proficiency.
  10. Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
