We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will have experience in property management, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) is essential.

  • Key responsibilities include collecting, verifying and maintaining accurate property information and records, managing tenant communications and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, coordinating property inspections, maintenance and repairs, preparing and managing leases, forms and notices using Google Forms and Docs, tracking rent payments, late fees and lease renewals, maintaining organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to start right away and be comfortable working with a time tracker.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
