Job Title: Knowledgebase Writer

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for the knowledge base, ensuring its accuracy and relevance to users.

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the knowledge base, encompassing content creation, curation, and dissemination.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other teams to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Analytics: Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge base and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writing Guidelines: Establish and enforce writing guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all content produced.
  • Review and Implement: Review suggestions and changes from agents and implement them in a timely manner.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on product specifics to ensure article content accuracy and provide expert-level guidance to team members.
  • Proactive Review: Regularly review the knowledge base to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest updates.
  • New Content: Create new articles as campaigns launch new policies/procedures/products, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and accessible.
  • Status Updates: Provide regular updates on article status to stakeholders and team members.
  • Change Tracking: Develop and implement change tracking strategies to ensure approval of all changes and maintain transparency throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing or a related field.
  • Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content independently.
  • Graphics Tools: Familiarity with writing and graphics tools and apps, including online platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data (KPI, Quality, searches, views), identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Possesses the necessary mindset for team success – service orientation, collaboration, and creating a positive work climate.
