MMT Consultant I

Job Description:
  • We are seeking multiple MMT Consultants to collaborate with our Customer Success Team.
  • You will work closely with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our clients. You will research, diagnose, resolve and follow up on customer issues related to change events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, upgrade, test and configure systems to complete implementation projects.
    • Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
      • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
        • Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.
    • Manage escalated events as needed.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
      • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
        • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
          • Ability to apply, test and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
          • SQL skills are required.
