Job Overview

As a seasoned Senior Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical expertise to drive the implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform across various modules. Your primary goal is to deliver scalable and robust solutions that meet customers' needs while ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve implementation quality and minimize rework post-go-live
  • Documenting implementation process gaps and incorporating best practices into team processes
  • Providing mentorship and high-quality training materials to support the growth of junior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant software/computer-related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in support, consulting, or project management within the HCM space
  • Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems
  • Expert understanding of programming, HTML, and Microsoft Server Technology
  • Technical knowledge of XML and XSLT
