Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team at Career Power Professional Management Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare timely and accurate Monthly Cost Reports, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Analyze Budget Reports to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Perform Monthly Shipment Sales analysis in conjunction with Manufacturing Price Lists per Business Unit, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Bank Reconciliation Reports, Journal Entries for Payroll, and Monthly Common Customer 4D Ratio for Prepaid Expenses and Common Customers.
  • Reconcile Agency Billing twice a month with Perfect Attendance records, supporting fixed Asset Management.
  • Develop Audit Schedules to maintain organizational transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration majoring in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Finance Management.
  • Excellent leadership and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong personality with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
