  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial performance, reporting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking for the organization.
  • Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees and contractors.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including sales tax, payroll, and corporate filings.
  • Streamline financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a financial leader or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management—must be comfortable managing financials within QuickBooks Online.
  • Payroll management experience, including processing payroll, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, financial planning, and reporting principles.
  • Experience managing agency financials, project-based accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with high attention to detail.
  • CPA or relevant financial certifications are a plus.
