System Designer and Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design scalable systems, launch automations, and build executive dashboards that drive measurable impact.

This role involves identifying and documenting business processes to develop efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). It also requires developing seamless integrations across our tech stack using Zapier/Make/Power Automate and other tools.

  • Map End-to-End Processes: Identify and document business processes to develop efficient SOPs.
  • Build Integrations and Automations: Develop seamless integrations across our tech stack using Zapier/Make/Power Automate and other tools.
  • Launch Executive Dashboards: Design and implement dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of changes.
  • Sources Advisory Committees/SMEs: Collaborate with subject-matter experts to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Train Process Owners and Drive Change Management: Educate process owners on new procedures and lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption.
  • Run POC → Pilot → Rollout: Execute proof-of-concepts, pilots, and rollouts with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-Industry Exposure: Experience working across multiple industries, including real estate, construction, marketing, retail, manufacturing, and digital marketing.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in Zapier/Make/Power Automate, Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace, APIs/Webhooks, and other relevant tools.
  • Remote Readiness: Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 4-5 hours of overlap with Riyadh time; potential for on-site full-time work at HQ in Jeddah, KSA based on successful outcomes.
