Creative Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects. They will also possess expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).

A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is required. Additionally, demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products is essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement. They will also ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
• Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
• Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks, considering platform-specific requirements and best practices.
• Industry Compliance: Ensure all animated advertising content complies with relevant advertising guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those specific to iGaming and sweepstakes in the US market.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual content.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders effectively to refine and improve design outputs.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment.
• SaaS Motion Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products (e.g., explainer videos, UI animations for product features).
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
• Animation Principles: Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Language: Advanced English is a must.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
