Fiscal Manager Position Available

Description:

This is a strategic role that oversees all aspects of financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will lead the annual budgeting process, drive forecasting, and deliver timely financial reporting.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting data flows through NetSuite and related systems. They will also partner closely with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain operating models and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
  • Drive quarterly forecasting processes and create monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess the financial implications of company projects.

Accounting Support (NetSuite):

  • Ensure timely month-end close in NetSuite, collaborating with accounting staff.
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies.
  • Support setup and mapping of new accounts or departments.

Operational Finance:

  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning.
  • Track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial models for strategic decision-making.

Reporting & Audit Support:

  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and investors.
  • Provide financial data and analysis for external audits or tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of finance/accounting experience, with 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Fluent English communication skills, including professional financial writing.
  • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
