Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online platforms to experience high-end products and services.
  • Observe carefully, taking note of details such as store ambiance, customer service, and overall shopping experience.
  • Provide honest and unbiased feedback using our platform, sharing your observations through questionnaires.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 22 years old.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry is desirable.
  • Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Able to observe discreetly and provide prompt feedback.
