Luxury Automobile Evaluator

We are seeking an Automobile Connoisseur to join our team of evaluators. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will have the unique opportunity to assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps luxury brands refine their services.
About the RoleThis is a project-based position that offers flexibility and autonomy. You will be responsible for discreetly assessing customer experiences and providing honest feedback through our mobile platform, CXG Live.
Responsibilities- Evaluate customer experiences in luxury automotive settings.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer interactions and overall experience.
- Assess the quality of sales associates and their ability to meet customer needs.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback.
- Flexible working hours.
