Senior Full Stack Engineer Job Description:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop modern, scalable, and secure applications. This role will be part of a cross-functional team, owning the full development lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end applications with ReactJS (frontend) and Golang/Scala/Kotlin/Java (backend).
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs with secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Implement functional testing (unit, integration) and ensure high code quality.
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Work with public/private cloud environments and deployment architectures.
  • Mentor colleagues, contribute to best practices, and promote continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in a relevant field.
  • Residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
  • Amenable to hybrid work setup (1–2 days on-site, day shift).
  • Strong experience with any of the Statically Typed languages: Java, Golang, Kotlin, Scala.
