Job Title: Shopify Brand Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize our online store by implementing strategies for growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Strategy:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive sales and engagement.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Store Management & Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Conduct regular site audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, pricing, and product information.
    • Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and user experience.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Identify opportunities for improvement using data and implement A/B testing on site elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows.
    • Optimize the store for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve site traffic and conversions.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work directly with design and development teams to scope and launch new features, design updates, and custom functionality for the Shopify storefront.
    • Translate business needs and creative vision into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of site enhancements and redesigns.
  • Culture & Customer Experience:
    • Ensure exceptional and seamless customer journeys from browsing to post-purchase.
    • Engage proactively with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster strong brand communities.
