Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes.
About the Role- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate various financial reports to support decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support in Invoicing & Billing
- Maintain accurate client & vendor records.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of various US tax forms (e.g., sales tax, 1099s).
- Support the compilation of necessary documentation for income tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant US tax regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting audits and ensuring financial compliance.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
