Key to our financial success is the role of a Bookkeeper, responsible for managing our accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Desktop and be able to work methodically without jumping between tasks.

In this position, you will be working closely with management and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly organized, and have professional communication skills.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a preset salary growth and weekly salary payments.

As a remote employee, you will enjoy 100% work-from-home flexibility and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Required Skills:
  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
