Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role requires expertise in hiring for manufacturing roles, with a focus on the Japanese market.

This specialist will deliver sourcing and hiring results while enhancing client and candidate experiences and strengthening our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional talent acquisition results for manufacturing roles.
  • Develop and execute project strategies, including employer branding and sourcing channels.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and position us as trusted partners.
  • Manage job adverts and applications professionally, directly sourcing suitable candidates and guiding Hiring Managers through the shortlist process.
Requirements:
  • Absolutely essential is talent acquisition experience in Japan.
  • Crucial experience in hiring for manufacturing roles is required, along with a proven track record of closing requisitions quickly.
  • Fluency in Japanese is helpful; English proficiency is necessary for global communication.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Recruiting experience in scale-up environments is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house and/or with an agency is beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation and closure skills, with a proven track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround, are highly valued.
