Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Professional (Contractor) to support our clients in filling retail and customer service positions effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting structured phone interview screenings with candidates professionally
  • Following a provided interview script while managing off-script conversations confidently
  • Evaluating candidate responses and making pass/fail hiring decisions based on established criteria accurately
  • Recording all candidate answers and decisions accurately in our applicant tracking system efficiently
  • Representing our clients' brands with professionalism and positivity in all candidate interactions
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling candidate data responsibly
  • Staying organized while balancing steady interview volume with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while on live calls
  • Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
  • Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during regular business hours
  • Professionalism, patience, and respect when engaging with candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, call center, or customer service experience
  • Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently
