Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • 5 years or more experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area as needed.
