This role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and business partnering support to the commercial function. Key accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation of the strategic plan, budgeting, and forecasting process.
  • Providing financial reports, analysis, and challenge to sales and marketing management to achieve commercial strategy and targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in FP&A or a similar field. They should be proficient in ERP and Microsoft applications, and have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, budget, and forecast commercial activities.
  • Analyze financial and non-financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Provide business partnering support to commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar field.
  • Proficient in ERP and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
