The role of Medical Information Specialist is pivotal in the Medical Information Contact Center, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to medical information and adverse event reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to external customer inquiries for medical and safety information via multiple channels, providing accurate and timely responses in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Documents and reports adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints in a clear and concise manner, adhering to government regulations and SOPs.
  • Formulates and provides accurate responses using approved labeling, company standard responses, published literature, and other data, while assisting with writing custom medical information responses.
  • Ensures tasks are completed within established deadlines and maintains quality in all areas of the job, including performing quality checks on adverse events and logged inquiries.
Ideal Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant field such as nursing or pharmacy
