This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals aiming to launch a career in the BPO industry. Our Financial Tech Account Customer Service Representatives work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues
  3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  1. Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  2. Previous BPO experience preferred but not mandatory; newcomers welcome to apply
  3. High school graduates from the old curriculum eligible
  4. Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding assessment and acknowledge data privacy notice
Benefits:
  1. 22-day training program with training allowance
  2. 1,000 PHP work arrangement subsidy, prorated based on attendance
