Lead AI Project Coordinator

Achieve success in project management by overseeing the lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely collection and delivery of data for AI training and research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, applying systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.

    • Ensure customer business goals and needs are met through clear, transparent communication and progress updates.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Participate in backend system development and data modeling processes, providing guidance on database normalization and structuring.

    • Write and review advanced SQL queries, ensuring database optimization and efficient data handling.

    • Apply knowledge of data cleaning, data munging, and data visualization using SQL and Python, if applicable.

  • Tool Usage:

    • Efficiently manage and analyze large data volumes exceeding 1 million rows, utilizing tools like labelstud.io for data labeling.

  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:

    • Collaborate with team members across various roles, embodying flexibility and adaptability typical of startup environments.

    • Engage in community activities and meetings to enhance processes and outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical or software development context.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for writing queries for larger volumes of data.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, including normalization.

  • Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel for data cleaning and handling.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

  • Demonstrate systematic and analytical problem-solving skills, capable of overseeing complex projects.
