Postdoctoral Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our interdisciplinary team focused on immune regulation and innate skin immunology. The successful candidate will investigate the role of type I interferons in shaping cutaneous immune responses, exploring how these cytokines contribute to both protective immunity and the persistence of chronic inflammation.

The position involves studying skin-resident myeloid cells, particularly macrophages and Langerhans cells, to understand how they sense, respond to, and regulate inflammatory cues. A combination of in vitro and in vivo models will be used to dissect cellular and molecular pathways driving disease progression or resolution.

• Conduct research on innate immune mechanisms in the skin

• PhD in Immunology
• Experience working with macrophages and characterizing their function
