We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the LEO Foundation Skin Immunology Research Center. This is a 2-year position that will commence in February 2026.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology, with expertise in analyzing single-cell omics data. They will be responsible for leading spatial transcriptomics analyses across diverse projects, working closely with experimental collaborators to extract meaningful insight from emerging datasets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large-scale biological datasets to uncover new insights into immune regulation
- Develop and apply advanced computational tools to spatial transcriptomics data
- Collaborate with experimental researchers to design and implement innovative research projects
- Contribute to the development of software packages and reproducible workflow frameworks

Requirements- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
