Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute customer marketing strategies for a specific category within the country. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure timely implementation of platform-driven commercialization and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports CM Manager in selecting Category projects, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources (promotions, mix component of trade spend, etc.)
  • Collaborates with Sales to manage Category allocated trade spend, ensuring establishment and conduct of appropriate controls to manage resources, and leads course correction for the Equity-Building component of trade spending to stay within budget
  • Provides information and analysis to strengthen the demand management process of the assigned Category
  • Assists the CM Manager in identifying opportunities and executing plans to provide scale and efficiency benefits to the Cluster and Category by eliminating duplication of work
  • Supports the Sales Team in developing and presenting Joint Business Plan with major Global/Regional customers; and also in the development of Category Vision presentation
  • Collaborates with Marketing on reviewing and optimizing SKU assortment for the Category, aligned with HQ/Product Supply/Marketing Commercialization directions, and delivering SKU objectives
