We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Architect to join our team at Ayala Land Premier, Inc.

  • Deliver high-quality designs for ALP development projects, whether through in-house design or design management.
  • For in-house planning and design:
  • Create innovative designs that meet project parameters and cater to specific market needs.
  • Develop new concepts and products that address the needs of target buyers.
  • Produce and test design concepts, alternatives, prototypes, and schemes that address business parameters, including site plans, architectural concepts, amenity plans, landscape plans, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and finalizing necessary deed restrictions, design standards, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior management to secure approval for all designs.
  • For Design Management:
  • IDentify and source external expertise needed by the project during various stages of the design cycle.
  • Delineate design scope and prepare Terms of Reference for the project, solicit proposals, negotiate, and award on behalf of the SBU.
  • Review and endorse designs from various disciplines from early conceptual stages through implementation.
  • Interface between consulting architects and project proponents/SBU.
  • Perform administrative functions related to external consultants' accounts.
  • Inspect projects during implementation to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and budget.
  • Provide aesthetic advice on qualitative and visual aspects of design based on thorough familiarity with aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design output.
