The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce platform development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
  3. Architect and optimize Salesforce data model, security model, and integrations with other systems.
  4. Lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.
  5. Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, and make recommendations for adoption.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  7. Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
  8. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  3. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or architect.
  4. Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations with background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
  5. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  6. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  9. Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and technologies such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
