Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator/Associate to join our team at Lennor Group. As a Sales Support Administrator/Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle administrative tasks that keep the sales team organized and efficient, allowing them to focus on selling and building relationships with customers. This includes managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and order status.
  2. Support the sales team by handling follow-up calls and emails with customers.
  3. Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  4. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for sales representatives.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer details.
  6. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for internal use.
  7. Work closely with internal departments such as finance, AP and other operations to support the sales process.
  8. Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
  9. Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts based on sales inquiries.
  10. Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and follows company policies.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
  3. Basic knowledge of sales processes or order management.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
