Job Overview

Almaskan Alwafi seeks a skilled Systems Architect to design scalable systems, launch automations, and build executive dashboards that drive measurable impact. As a key player in the organization, you will lead the orchestration of advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map end-to-end processes into concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), outlining ownership, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and templates.
  • Build no/low-code integrations and automations across the technology stack, including Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact, focusing on cycle time, error rates, cost per task, and adoption.
  • Source and orchestrate advisory committees/SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Run Proof of Concept (POC) → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent field such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in Business Process Management (BPM), Automation, and Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, APIs/Webhooks, and basic SQL/Apps Script.
  • Remote-readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at headquarters based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/Two-Factor Authentication).
Skills:
  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
