Job Description
We seek a talented individual driven to excel and innovate, working together to achieve our shared goals. As a Sr&T Senior Manager, Quality & Risk Management, you will support the Business Risk Leader and SEA SR&T QRM team to develop and foster a consultative network for risk and reputation management matters, and be a business enabler for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the development of QRM policies, guidelines, tools, and templates to enable the business to work efficiently and effectively to deliver client engagements while maintaining compliance with reputation and risk management policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining pro-active horizon scanning on regulatory trends/developments, with potential impact to SR&T business.
  • Collaborating with the Office of General Counsel and Legal team to identify and manage legal and contractual risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A minimum experience range of 8 – 12 years of relevant professional service experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management or financial advisory.
  2. A completed undergraduate degree, with a preference towards Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Law.
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills with English fluency.
  4. Ability to work independently and concurrently as a team player across different service offerings in the SEA region, enjoys interaction and communication with varying levels of stakeholders.
