Work you'll do

As a member of the SEA Reputation & Risk Group, the individual would be responsible for the following principal activities, primarily in the areas of Conduct & Ethics:

1. Working closely with SEA RRG risk leaders and subject matter experts on RRG initiatives.
2. Enhance and provide active support to existing and/or new DTTL processes, programs & tools.
3. Contributing to the development and execution of communication and learning program.
4. Perform analysis/prepare reports on RRG programs for the SEA Board/Business/Risk Leaders.
5. Leading new SEA RRG initiatives.
6. Assisting in ad-hoc AP and SEA projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing audit, tax, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory or other related professional services to clients.
• Strong communication skills and facilitation is a must.
• Strong and proven business acumen.
• Ability to lead.
• Exceptional analytical and research abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and appreciation of cultural sensitivities is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously.
