At the forefront of construction, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. With a proven track record in designing and analysing building structures from concept through to construction, you will be working on technically challenging projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop structural designs for new build and refurbishment projects, ensuring innovative solutions that meet project requirements
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated design solutions
  3. Verify the quality and accuracy of your own work, as well as reviewing and checking others' outputs
  4. Manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  5. Represent the company internally and externally, showcasing expertise and professionalism
  6. Author reports and documents, using clear and concise language to communicate complex ideas

As a highly skilled engineer, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years of technical experience specialising in design and analysis of building structures
  2. Proven experience of working in an engineering team, preferably within the technology/data centre industry
  3. Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla, and Robot Structural Analysis
  4. Strong understanding of Eurocodes and ability to apply this knowledge effectively
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
