Job Description

The operations analyst plays a vital role in supporting property and casualty insurance operations by interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities with high accuracy and meeting service level requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems to support submission clearance, policy and endorsement rating and issuance, compliance, auto, and other operations as needed.
    • Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately according to specifications.
    • Interact with team members and customers to complete deliverables.
    • Communicate issues or queries in a timely manner for quick resolution.
    • Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in the English language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to execute within an international team.
  • Superior knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • 3-5 years of data processing and analysis experience required.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
