Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Professional to join our team and play a vital role in driving business growth through data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including sales, inventory, supply chain, and customer feedback.
  2. Develop regular dashboards and reports highlighting key trends such as sales performance, inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and cost control.
  3. Support margin analysis and pricing reviews to improve profitability.
  4. Monitor and track product performance across different channels.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with management to develop data-driven strategies for product development, promotions, and distribution.
  7. Manage accurate and up-to-date records of sales, suppliers, and distribution activities.
  8. Assist in the preparation of client presentations, product reports, and operational documents.
  9. Coordinate team meetings, manage calendars, and record minutes/action items.
  10. Support compliance and quality control documentation processes.
  11. Manage written communications (including templated emails) to stakeholders.
  12. Input and manage data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  13. Provide administrative support to management and the wider team.
