The ideal candidate will ensure the organization's operations align with international requirements and business goals through conducting audits, assessments, and peer reviews across various sites. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely closure of identified areas for improvement/audit findings through the use of ADEC Improvement Management System (AIMS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-time compliance audits to the organization on Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) based on the approved calendar audit schedule for the fiscal year.
  • Perform process audits to identify bottlenecks and provide improvement recommendations/opportunities.
  • Supports the standardization of management of compliance to the established processes, systems, procedures, and databases ensuring compliance to ISO standards and timely reporting to the IMS Internal Lead Assessor for collaborative discussion with the Standards Team.
  • Ensures timely closure of identified areas for improvement/audit findings through the use of ADEC Improvement Management System (AIMS).
  • Coordinate with the applicable process owners in the consolidation and verification of completion of questionnaires or related forms during due diligence.
