Job Title: Creative Strategist for Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team and drive the success of our direct-to-consumer supplement brand in the health and wellness space. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for ideating, researching, and delivering high-performing ad concepts across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

The successful candidate will possess excellent copywriting skills, strong knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology, as well as experience in analyzing and optimizing creative based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Write compelling direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Create ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a direct response or performance creative role
  • Deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting ability
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
