Senior Software Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Level Software Project Manager to fill this key role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that define goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders and team members.
- Team Oversight: Manage the software development team, ensuring they have necessary resources, tools, and support to complete work on time and to a high standard.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses to ensure projects are delivered within established constraints.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, team members, and external partners about project progress, risks, and issues.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure software meets required standards.
- 2-3 years of experience with Jira administration.
- Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards is essential.
- Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools is advantageous.
- Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
