The Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Family Empowerment Specialist. This is not your typical sales or customer success position, but rather an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families in need.

This role requires the ability to manage our family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others. You will be working closely with our technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the family empowerment function. Own and drive the pipeline, helping families reach their full potential.
• Support clinical training. Partner with our clinical team to deliver high-quality training and support to families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with our technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission.
• Build relationships. Foster strong relationships with families, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer success.
• Excellent project management and process execution skills.
• Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in business analytics and performance measurement.
• Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
